For orders within the UK we offer economy and standard. For international orders outside of the UK, we ship using standard international.

Orders placed BEFORE 1PM Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed AFTER 1PM Monday - Friday will be dispatch the next working day.

Once you receive shipping confirmation, allow 1-5 business days depending on shipping option. For orders outside of the UK, please allow 4-10 business days. There may be additional processing time at customs, this may vary by location.

Once your order has shipped and you receive shipping confirmation, you can either click on the link directly in your email, or click here to track your shipment on our website.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

All orders placed outside of the UK are subject to duties and taxes, unfortunately we cannot adjust or compensate for these fees.
